Nicole Hetz can write air-tight contracts in both Spanish and English.

Nicole guides entrepreneurs from the very beginning, helping them choose the right entity structure, formalize partnerships, and define the legal foundation their business needs to grow. Focused on getting service providers set up for long-term success, Nicole drafts contracts that leave nothing to chance. Her trademark work is built on a simple belief: your name and your brand are among the most important decisions you’ll make, and they deserve real protection.

She’s committed to serving those who have been historically excluded from high-quality legal counsel, especially Latina/o entrepreneurs, women, and queer folks. She’s often seen out in her community, grabbing coffee at a client’s latest pop-up or hunting for her next pair of sneakers in a store she helped launch. Nicole believes that every small business makes its corner of the world more equitable, more creative, and more alive.

Nicole earned her first JD in Mendoza, in her home country of Argentina. There, she worked alongside international corporations looking to invest in local communities. She helped create legal structures to support and protect this work, ensuring that big ideas took root the right way and made a lasting impact.

After moving to the United States, Nicole earned her second JD in Oregon. For her Spanish-speaking clients, she offers something many attorneys can’t: the ability to translate both spoken language and the law itself. Nicole is proof that where you come from can be one of the most valuable things you bring to the table. And that long roads make exceptional lawyers.
