We exclusively practice business, nonprofit, and intellectual property law.

We cannot help with things such as litigation, residential tenant matters, personal injuries, criminal defense, or immigration matters.

Projects begin once payment is received. Most projects are completed within 10-14 business days. Complex projects or delays in communication may extend the timeline. If timelines shift, we’ll flag it early and keep you informed.

It depends on the project. We don’t work on retainers or hourly billing. Instead, we use a project-based approach with flat-rate fees.

After your consultation, we’ll send a tailored scope with project options and flat-rate pricing, so you can decide what to prioritize now and what to take on next.
